Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen (JIM), with registered number ISSN 2089-8177 (Print) and ISSN 2623-2081 (Online), is a peer-reviewed journal published two times a year (January-Juny and July-December) by Master in Management Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. JIM is intended to be the journal for publishing articles reporting the results of research on business.
