Abstract

The socialization application of Human Rights (HAM) principles in security duties is a strategic effort to increase the awareness of security personnel in carrying out their duties professionally, humanely, and in accordance with legal norms. This community service activity aims to socialize the basic principles of human rights to security personnel consisting of Satpam, TNI, and POLRI who are assigned to the PT. Indonesia Pomalaa Industry Park environment. The socialization was carried out at the PT IPIP Site Meeting Hall on May 21-22, 2025. The first day was attended by 40 participants and the second day 45 participants. The media used in the socialization were human rights training modules and presentations. The activities were carried out in the form of material presentations, interactive discussions, and pre-tests and post-tests to measure the increase in participants' understanding. Participants showed high enthusiasm and were able to identify relevant human rights principles in the implementation of security duties. It is hoped that after this activity, all participants can apply human rights principles in real life in their daily tasks in order to create a security system that is fair, humane, and oriented towards respect for the basic rights of every individual.
