Online Submission

Submitting your manuscript to Lingkasa (Linguistik dan Bahasa – Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris) is quick and easy through our Online Journal System (OJS). Please follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Register or Log In
If you are a new user, please register here:

If you already have an account, simply log in:
                     [LOGIN]

STEP 2: Start a New Submission
After logging in, click on "New Submission" to begin.
You will be guided through five stages:

1. Start
Select the appropriate journal section (e.g., Research Articles)
Confirm that your manuscript meets the submission requirements
Agree to the copyright and originality policies

2. Upload Submission
Upload your manuscript file in .doc or .docx format
Upload any additional files (e.g., Declaration of Originality form)\

3. Enter Metadata
Fill in:
Article Title
Abstract (in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
Keywords
Author(s) information (names, affiliations, emails)
References (may be required in some versions of OJS)

4. Upload Supplementary File
Optional: Upload datasets, figures, tables, or supporting materials

5. Confirm Submission
Review your submission details
Click "Finish Submission"

STEP 3: After Submission
You will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Your submission will undergo an initial editorial check, followed by double-blind peer review.
You can log in anytime to check the status or respond to revision requests.
