Journal Ownership and Management

MOTIVASI Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis is owned and published by Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, Indonesia, and managed by the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business. The journal is managed by an editorial team consisting of an Editor-in-Chief, editors or associate editors, and peer reviewers, each with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

The Editor-in-Chief oversees editorial policies and publication decisions, while editors coordinate manuscript evaluation and the peer-review process. Peer reviewers assess the originality, methodological rigor, scientific quality, and contribution of submitted manuscripts. The journal implements a double-blind peer-review process and utilizes Open Journal Systems (OJS) to facilitate manuscript submission, review, and online publication.

The journal's organizational structure and management responsibilities are guided by relevant institutional policies and appointment documents. Through transparent editorial procedures, adherence to publication ethics, and continuous quality improvement, MOTIVASI is committed to maintaining professional, accountable, and sustainable journal management.
