Abstrak

Lingkungan fisik kerja memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang produktivitas dan kesejahteraan pelaku industri kreatif, khususnya desainer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh elemen-elemen tata ruang interior termasuk warna, material, pencahayaan, dan sirkulasi terhadap produktivitas pelaku desain di studio kreatif. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner daring yang disebarkan kepada desainer grafis, arsitek, dan desainer produk di berbagai studio di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen interior secara signifikan memengaruhi kenyamanan, fokus, dan interaksi dalam bekerja. Warna netral mendukung konsentrasi, material alami seperti kayu meningkatkan kenyamanan ruang, pencahayaan adaptif memfasilitasi ritme kerja yang sehat, dan sirkulasi ruang yang efisien guna memfasilitasi interaksi dan kerja tim. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya desain interior studio yang tidak hanya estetis, tetapi juga responsif terhadap kebutuhan psikologis dan ergonomis pengguna. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam merancang ruang kerja kreatif yang produktif dan humanistik.
