Studi Kasus di Bandar Lampung

Penerapan eco-material berstandar Greenship pada bangunan kafe dan resto di Bandar Lampung berperan penting dalam mendukung arsitektur berkelanjutan. Studi ini bertujuan mengadopsi eco-material , mengidentifikasi kendala implementasi, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi pada tiga studi kasus bangunan (Resto Lembah Batu, The Palms Cafe , dan Doesoen Cafe ), kuesioner, dokumentasi, serta studi literatur. Hasil dari studi arsitektur menampilkan bahwasanya eco-material mampu mengurangi emisi karbon, meningkatkan efisiensi energi, serta menciptakan kenyamanan termal yang lebih baik bagi pengguna. Namun, kurangnya pemahaman pelaku industri terhadap standar Greenship menjadi tantangan utama. Studi ini memberikan wawasan penting terkait pengembangan desain ramah lingkungan, rekomendasi strategi untuk mendorong penerapan eco-material yang lebih luas, mendukung visi pembangunan berkelanjutan terutama di sektor industri dan memperkuat citra Bandar Lampung sebagai kota yang peduli lingkungan.
