Abstrak

Potensi wisata sejarah dan budaya Sungai Musi, Palembang, belum optimal karena kurangnya fasilitas terpadu. Untuk mengatasinya, diusulkan perancangan komprehensif pembangunan hotel wisata, sentra kuliner, dan pusat oleh-oleh terintegrasi guna meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan mengoptimalkan pariwisata kawasan. Pendekatan arsitektur Neo Kolonial dipilih untuk memadukan modernitas dengan identitas sejarah area. Perancangan ini didukung oleh metodologi sistematis yang melibatkan observasi lapangan, studi literatur tapak, analisis bangunan bersejarah, dan studi banding rancangan kolonial. Proyek ini berlokasi strategis di Jalan Depaten Baru, Pasar Sekanak, dengan total luas tapak 3,3 Ha (2,5 Ha untuk hotel, 0,8 Ha untuk sentra wisata) dan luas bangunan 15.759,2 m². Rancangan terpadu ini diharapkan menjadi acuan penting bagi pengembangan pariwisata Sungai Musi dan daya tarik baru yang signifikan.
