1. What types of articles are accepted by iLEAD?
iLEAD welcomes submissions in the form of:

  • Original research articles

  • Literature reviews

  • Conceptual or theoretical papers

  • Classroom-based practice or reflective reports

All manuscripts must be relevant to education, assessment, teacher development, or related areas in educational research.

2. In what languages can I submit my manuscript?
Manuscripts should be submitted in English.

3. Are there any publication fees?
No. iLEAD does not charge any fees for submission or publication. The entire process is free of charge.

4. How long does the peer review process take?
The review process typically takes four to eight weeks, depending on the reviewer's availability and the manuscript's quality.

5. How can I submit my manuscript?
All submissions must be made through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS). Authors are required to register and log in before starting a new submission.

6. What is the acceptable similarity limit for plagiarism?
Manuscripts must have a similarity score of 20 percent or less (excluding references). Submissions exceeding this limit may be returned for revision or rejected.

7. What citation and reference style should I follow?
iLEAD uses the APA 7th edition referencing style. Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero to ensure consistency and accuracy.

8. Can I submit a manuscript that was previously presented at a conference?
Yes, as long as:

  • The manuscript has not been formally published in any conference proceedings

  • Substantial revisions have been made since the presentation

  • The submission includes a clear note disclosing its prior presentation

9. Can I withdraw my manuscript after submission?
Yes, manuscripts may be withdrawn before publication. A formal written request, signed by all authors, must be submitted. Unethical or last-minute withdrawals may result in a temporary ban from future submissions.
