Ownership and Management

'ASABIYAH: Jurnal Pengabdian Hukum is owned, published, and managed under the official authority of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang, located in Palembang, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The overall executive governance and strategic oversight of the journal are directed by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, while the day-to-day administrative operations, digital publishing infrastructure, and indexing management are executed by the Journal Publication Unit (Unit Pelaksana Teknis Publikasi Jurnal) within the Faculty of Law.

The editorial operations are independently led by the Editor-in-Chief together with the Editorial Board, comprising academic legal scholars and community outreach experts from Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang and partner institutions globally. The Faculty of Law, as the publisher, provides institutional backing, technical server support, and administrative resources to ensure the continuous operation, open-access availability, and long-term digital preservation of the journal without exercising financial or administrative influence over individual peer-review decisions or publication outcomes.
